Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making your booking. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required payment has been received. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

* Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date/time will be eligible for a full refund.
* If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, a partial refund may be available, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of the lodge owner/management.
* No refund can be guaranteed for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
* Where a partial refund is agreed, the amount will be confirmed by the lodge owner/management.

3. Guests & Visitors

* Any guests or visitors who are not included on the original lodge booking must be reported to and approved by the lodge owner(s) in advance.
* Visitors of lodge tenants must park at the lodge park office and must not use the lodge tenant’s allocated parking space unless prior permission has been given.
* The person who has made the booking is responsible for the behaviour of all guests and visitors associated with their stay.
* The lodge owner/management reserves the right to refuse access to additional guests or visitors where necessary.

4. Pets

* We accept 1 pet per stay.
* All pets must be declared to and approved by the lodge owner(s) before arrival.
* We accept small lor medium size dogs only
* Pets must not be brought onto the lodge park without prior notification and approval.
* Guests are responsible for ensuring that pets are kept under control and do not cause nuisance, damage or disturbance to other residents or guests.
* Dogs must not be left unattended inside the lodges at anytime 
* Any applicable park rules regarding pets must be followed at all times.

5. Lodge & Park Rules

Guests are expected to respect the lodge, the surrounding park, other residents and neighbouring properties at all times.

Any damage caused to the lodge or its contents by the guest or members of their party may be charged to the person who made the booking.

Guests must comply with any additional rules or requirements set by the lodge park or its management.

6. Responsibility

The person making the booking accepts responsibility for themselves and all members of their party, including any visitors they invite onto the park.

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in the booking being terminated without refund, depending on the seriousness of the breach.

7. Agreement

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
