These terms and conditions apply to all guests staying at Sheriff Hutton Lodges. By making a booking and entering the park, guests agree to comply with these rules to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all visitors.

1. Booking & Occupancy
1.1 Only guests named on the booking confirmation are permitted to stay on the park.
1.2 Maximum occupancy limits for each lodge must not be exceeded at any time.
1.3 The lead guest making the booking must be aged 25 years or over and is responsible for all members of their party.
1.4 Sheriff Hutton Lodges reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund where these terms are breached.

2. Visitors & Access to the Park
2.1 Only registered guests are permitted on the park.
2.2 Unauthorised visitors are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from park management.
2.3 For the security and privacy of all guests, the main entrance gate closes at 10:30pm each night.
2.4 No vehicle access is permitted after 10:30pm unless agreed in advance with management for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
2.5 Guests must not allow unknown persons to enter the park under any circumstances.

3. Smoking & Vaping Policy
3.1 All lodges are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping properties.
3.2 Smoking or vaping inside any lodge will result in an additional deep-cleaning charge of up to £250.
3.3 Cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly and not thrown onto park grounds.

4. Noise & Behaviour
4.1 Sheriff Hutton Lodges is a family-friendly and peaceful holiday park. Excessive noise, parties, anti-social behaviour or disturbances are not permitted.
4.2 Quiet hours apply between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
4.3 Music must be kept at a respectful level at all times.
4.4 Any behaviour deemed unsafe, abusive, threatening or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.

5. Vehicles & Parking
5.1 Vehicles must only be parked in designated parking spaces.
5.2 Speed limits on the park must be observed at all times.
5.3 Electric vehicle charging is only permitted where authorised charging points are provided.
5.4 Commercial vehicles, trailers or large vans may only be brought onto the park with prior permission.

6. Safety & Security
6.1 Guests must take reasonable care of their lodge, keys and personal belongings during their stay.
6.2 Any damage, breakages or missing items must be reported immediately.
6.3 Sheriff Hutton Lodges accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to guest property or vehicles.
6.4 The use of fireworks, Chinese lanterns, drones or illegal substances anywhere on the park is strictly prohibited.

7. Pets
7.1 Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly lodges.
7.2 Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst on the park.
7.3 Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
7.4 Pets must not be left unattended inside lodges.

8. Departure & Additional Charges
8.1 Lodges must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
8.2 Excessive cleaning, damage, smoking breaches or rule violations may result in additional charges.
8.3 Sheriff Hutton Lodges reserves the right to charge the lead guest for any costs incurred due to damage, misconduct or breaches of these terms.

9. Right to Refuse Entry
Sheriff Hutton Lodges reserves the right to refuse bookings, refuse entry or remove guests from the park where management reasonably believes these rules have been breached or where behaviour may negatively affect other guests or the operation of the park.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, entering the park or staying at Sheriff Hutton Lodges, all guests confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
