Cancellation by Sheriff Hutton Lodges

In the unlikely event we need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered:

* Alternative dates,
* A booking credit, or
* A full refund.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

Removal From Site

Management reserves the right to remove guests from the park without refund for:

* Excessive noise or anti-social behaviour
* Unregistered visitors on site
* Smoking inside lodges
* Damage to property
* Illegal activity
* Breach of park rules or park policies

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, payments will normally be returned within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
